Bill Moultrie serves as Vice President and Industrial Cold Storage Lead for Stream Realty Partners’ Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform. He specializes in advising occupiers and investors on the unique technical, operational, and capital considerations of cold storage facilities.

With more than 30 years of experience, Bill brings deep expertise across real estate, development, design, construction, and equipment integration. His work supports informed decision-making around site strategy, facility planning, infrastructure requirements, automation strategy, and cost-per-pallet economics. He advises clients on labor volatility in temperature-controlled environments, maintenance resource constraints, and the capital tradeoffs required to protect long-term operational uptime.

Bill has supported the delivery of complex cold storage and temperature-controlled facilities for organizations including Gourmet Foods International, General Mills, Chick-fil-A, Prilmal Pet Foods and ADUSA.

Prior to joining Stream, Bill served as a Project Executive with Choate Construction Company, where he focused on cold storage, food and beverage processing, and distribution markets. In that role, he helped build and scale the firm’s food and beverage practice and advised clients across growth strategy, pursuit development, and project delivery. His experience included supporting site evaluations and due diligence, budget and schedule strategy, design-build coordination, and infrastructure planning.

Bill Moultrie holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Erskine College.
