Chase Latimer serves as Program Manager for Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform, where he specializes in manufacturing and mission-critical environments. He advises clients on facility planning, delivery strategy, and execution considerations across complex projects.
Chase supports organizations from early business case development through implementation, helping align planning, design, construction, and equipment decisions with broader business objectives, particularly in environments where automation systems, specialized production equipment, and infrastructure capacity must be integrated to support operational growth. His experience includes supporting manufacturing capacity expansions and facility relocations driven by growth, operational disruption, and evolving infrastructure demands. He is recognized for his strong client focus, clear communication, and ability to anticipate risk across multidisciplinary teams.
Prior to joining Stream, Chase worked with JLL’s Project & Development Services group within Development Management. In that role, he supported and led ground-up developments for organizations including Impact 360, Georgia Cyber Center, and Braves Development Company. His experience included supporting delivery strategy, coordinating across design and construction teams, and contributing to budget, schedule, and quality oversight.
Chase earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate in Real Estate Development from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
