Jonathan J. Jones (JJ) serves as Vice President for Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform. He specializes in supply chain strategy, logistics optimization, and operational planning for complex industrial and distribution environments.

With more than 40 years of experience, JJ advises organizations on how to align supply chain, infrastructure, and operational decisions with long-term business growth. His background spans logistics, development, operations, and transportation, bringing a strategic, real-world perspective to client challenges.

JJ works closely with clients to model inbound and outbound freight dynamics, assess small parcel and regional distribution economics, and evaluate the operational implications of expanding into additional markets. His advisory approach integrates transportation strategy, warehousing structure, and long-term infrastructure planning to inform capital allocation and enterprise growth decisions.

Prior to joining Stream, JJ served as Chief Supply Chain Officer for Monin Americas, where he oversaw purchasing, production scheduling, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics. During his tenure, he helped guide significant company growth, including the expansion and addition of multiple manufacturing and distribution facilities. His experience includes supporting the planning and delivery of major facilities in Florida, Sparks, Nevada, and Pittsburgh, with a focus on long-term infrastructure strategy and scalability.

Earlier in his career, JJ served as Chief Operating Officer for Dedicated Carriers and President of Dedicated Global Carriers, where he supported the expansion of international shipping and logistics capabilities. Before entering the private sector, JJ completed more than 20 years of service in the British Forces, specializing in supply chain coordination, logistics, and transportation across complex operational environments.
