Joe Burton serves as Program Manager for Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform, where he specializes in supporting specialty distribution and manufacturing initiatives. He advises clients on facility planning, delivery strategy, and risk considerations across complex projects.

Joe supports organizations across the full project lifecycle—from early evaluation and due diligence through implementation—helping align budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and vendor strategy with broader business objectives. His experience includes supporting automated distribution environments and phased infrastructure upgrades, where maintaining operational continuity during active facility improvements is critical. He is recognized for his ability to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to multidisciplinary teams while protecting client outcomes.

Prior to joining Stream, Joe served as a Senior Project Manager with JLL’s Project & Development Services group in Atlanta. His experience includes supporting on-site delivery for complex projects such as GreyStone Power Headquarters, the Nathan Deal Cyber Security Campus for Innovation, and the City of Savannah Arena. In these roles, he helped guide coordination across owners, designers, and contractors, while supporting schedule, budget, and consultant alignment.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and a Certificate in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He maintains OSHA-10 certification.
