Joe Iatauro serves as Executive Managing Director for Stream Realty Partners’ Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform. Under his leadership, Joe oversees an integrated platform of services supporting companies in advanced manufacturing, food processing, cold storage, automated distribution, and life sciences. The platform combines strategic site selection—including real estate advisory, supply chain analytics, and labor analysis—with full-scale project planning and implementation to help clients make informed, long-term business decisions.
Joe also leads the platform’s deal capitalization efforts, helping companies offset real estate costs through creative investment solutions for land, infrastructure, and equipment. His work enables operators, occupiers, and investors to align real estate strategy with broader business objectives, improving operational performance and long-term value.
With more than 20 years of experience delivering complex industrial developments, Joe has led the execution of more than 20 million square feet of manufacturing, mission critical, semiconductor, warehouse, distribution, and cold storage facilities. His experience spans ground-up developments, build-to-suit projects, brownfield redevelopments, existing facility fit-outs, facility repositioning, and equipment relocations.
Before joining Stream, Joe served as Senior Vice President and Business Unit Lead for the Industrial Project and Development Services Group at JLL in Atlanta, where he advised manufacturing, food & beverage, biotechnology, and specialized owner-operators nationwide. Prior to that, he worked as a Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, overseeing large-scale construction projects across semiconductor, sports and entertainment, hospitality, biotechnology, and higher education sectors.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from North Carolina State University.
