Josh Malizzi serves as Senior Program Manager for Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform, where he supports complex manufacturing, food processing, and cold storage initiatives across highly technical industrial environments. He advises clients on facility planning, delivery strategy, and risk considerations across highly technical environments.
His work supports organizations as they move from early planning through execution and operational readiness, helping align facility decisions with broader business objectives, particularly in environments requiring coordination of automation systems, specialized equipment, and complex infrastructure. Josh brings a strong client-first mindset and is recognized for his ability to anticipate challenges and help protect client outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
Prior to joining Stream, Josh held senior roles with JLL and the Kaiser-Martin Group. At JLL, he served as Vice President within the Northeast Industrial practice, supporting cold storage, food processing, and heavy manufacturing clients. His experience includes guiding planning and delivery strategies for complex industrial facilities. At the Kaiser-Martin Group, Josh supported the design and delivery of temperature-controlled facilities, food processing environments, distribution centers, and corporate office space.
Josh brings a background grounded in construction, technical coordination, and client advocacy, helping ensure strong outcomes across specialized industrial environments.
Josh holds a Certificate in Construction Management from Penn State and an Associate Degree in Information Technology. He maintains multiple safety and professional certifications, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR, and Fall Protection.
