Mark Booth serves as Vice President of Fulfillment Operations & Strategy for Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform, where he advises clients on fulfillment operations, distribution strategy, automation, and material handling systems that impact real estate strategy. A fulfillment, distribution, and automation leader with nearly 40 years of experience, Mark helps organizations evaluate, design, and optimize complex supply chain operations.
Mark brings extensive expertise in distribution center operations, fulfillment strategy, systems integration, and automation deployment. Throughout his career, he has led the strategy, development, and implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS), warehouse control systems (WCS), material handling equipment (MHE), and automation technologies for some of the largest distribution networks in the United States. He has successfully delivered more than 45 major distribution and automation projects spanning approximately 14 million square feet of warehouse and fulfillment space, including both greenfield and brownfield facilities.
Prior to joining Stream, Mark spent nearly four decades in the Wine & Spirits distribution industry, where he helped modernize fulfillment operations through the integration of technology, automation, and operational best practices. His experience includes the implementation of advanced technologies such as automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), shuttle systems, conveyor networks, robotic picking solutions, and other automation platforms. This unique combination of operational leadership, software expertise, and automation experience enables clients to align facility investments with business objectives while improving long-term operational performance.
