Nick serves as Associate Program Manager for Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform, where he specializes in applying data, analytics, and technical insight to support complex industrial initiatives. He advises teams and clients on how data-driven analysis can inform location strategy, labor considerations, and operational decision-making.
Nick brings a strong foundation in industrial engineering, supply chain analysis, and advanced data management. He develops analytical tools and automation solutions that integrate real estate, labor, and logistics data to support clearer visualization of complex variables such as transportation cost, facility performance, and geographic optimization. His work supports both project delivery and business development efforts, including RFP evaluation, budget comparison, and market intelligence development.
In addition to analytical modeling, Nick supports implementation strategy and project structuring decisions, including tenant improvement coordination and landlord-tenant advisory considerations within active industrial facilities.
Since joining Stream, Nick has supported more than a dozen industrial and supply chain engagements for organizations including ABB, Dick’s Sporting Goods, CFX (Clayton Fixture), and Monin. His experience spans multiple phases of client engagements—from budgeting and cost modeling to site selection analytics and decommissioning support—helping teams make more confident, data-informed decisions.
Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a concentration in Supply Chain from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
