Patrick Daugherty serves as Vice President and Industrial Distribution Lead for Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform. He specializes in retail and ecommerce distribution facilities, including omni-channel, regional, last-mile, and first-mile fulfillment strategies.

With more than 18 years of experience, Patrick advises clients across all phases of complex industrial projects—from early planning and site evaluation through design coordination and project execution. His work supports informed decision-making around location strategy, feasibility, cost, schedule, and long-term operational performance.

Patrick brings deep experience delivering ground-up, build-to-suit, and tenant improvement projects for owners, occupiers, and investors. His approach helps clients protect capital, mitigate risk, and maximize value throughout the lifecycle of a facility.

Prior to joining Stream, Patrick served for more than eight years at JLL, most recently as the Vice President for Industrial Project & Development Services in Atlanta, GA. Previously, Patrick was a Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where he worked on a variety of ground-up, renovation, and tenant improvement projects for clients throughout Georgia and the Carolinas. Patrick has completed numerous projects including complex cleanroom and research facilities, sports and arena renovations, retail environments, and corporate office space.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is OSHA-30 certified.
