Scott Hicks serves as Vice President for Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform, where he specializes in manufacturing and mission-critical environments.
With more than 30 years of experience, Scott advises clients on complex technical and operational considerations across high-performance facilities, including electrical infrastructure, resiliency planning, and energy storage integration. He brings value through validation of design and constructability, cost and risk evaluation, and alignment of project strategy with business objectives.
Previously, Scott served as Vice President with JLL’s Industrial Project & Development Services group, overseeing manufacturing and mission-critical projects for ABB. Prior to JLL, Scott supported mission-critical programs for organizations including Facebook, Google, Verizon, Ross, and Switch. His experience includes guiding early planning and execution strategy, coordinating across technical and design teams, and supporting delivery planning across multiple workstreams.
Scott’s strengths include strategic team leadership, stakeholder alignment, and clear communication across complex initiatives. He is recognized for his ability to perform in high-pressure environments and his deep understanding of system complexity and resiliency.
Scott studied electrical engineering at Southern Technical College (now part of KSU). He has also completed leadership and project management training through NECA and is OSHA 30 certified.
