Tasiana Wells serves as Program Manager for Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform. She has extensive experience manageing large-scale specialized distribution centers and she advises clients on facility planning, development strategy, and delivery considerations across complex industrial, office, and multifamily projects nationally.
With more than a decade of experience, Tasiana manages projects from early planning through implementation, helping align design, entitlements, and construction decisions with broader business objectives. She is recognized for her ability to align stakeholders, drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams, mitigate risk, and drive execution on technically demanding projects.
Prior to joining Stream, Tasiana served as Development Manager at Ryan Companies, where she led entitlement, design, and construction efforts for major industrial and mixed-use developments. She also held roles at JLL, Gilbane Building Company, and HLMS Sustainability Solutions, where she expanded her experience across project delivery, sustainability strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
Tasiana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from Cleveland State University. She is OSHA-10 certified.
