Timmy Geran serves as Program Manager for Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform, where he advises clients on facility strategy, capital planning, and improvement initiatives across complex environments.
With a background in electrical engineering, Timmy brings a technical perspective to facility decision-making and supports organizations as they evaluate renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and long-term capital planning. He is recognized for his ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable guidance for client teams.
Prior to joining Stream, Timmy worked with CBRE’s Industrial Project Management group, where he supported tenant improvements and facility upgrades for industrial and corporate clients. He also served as a Project Manager with JLL, supporting Delta Air Lines’ national real estate portfolio. His experience included guiding renovation and relocation strategies, supporting capital planning initiatives for Sky Clubs and Customer Engagement Centers nationwide, and coordinating across corporate real estate and IT stakeholders. Earlier in his career, Timmy worked as an Electrical Engineer at Pond & Company, designing power and building systems for federal and private sector facilities and performing large-scale facility assessments.
Timmy earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mercer University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) and holds certifications in both high- and low-voltage systems.
