Tom Porter serves as Food & Beverage Lead for Stream Realty Partners’ Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform. He advises occupiers on the unique operational, regulatory, and technical requirements of food and beverage facilities.

His work supports the alignment of production and distribution goals with capitalization strategy, site selection, and facility planning and development. Tom brings experience guiding build-to-suit, renovation, expansion, and tenant improvement projects for owners, occupiers, and investors across food processing and manufacturing environments.

Before joining Stream, Tom was a Senior Vice President with JLL’s Industrial Project and Development Services group, where he focused on food and beverage clients. In this role, he advised organizations from early planning through project execution, supporting informed decisions around cost, schedule, risk, and feasibility. Earlier in his career, Tom worked as a Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company for more than five years, delivering projects including life science and laboratory facilities, cleanroom research environments, and higher education projects.

Tom Porter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Finnish American Chamber of Commerce (FACC).
