Jonesboro, Arkansas – Members of Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage and Distribution platform joined InnovAsian Cuisine Enterprises, Nichirei Global Foods, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Jonesboro Mayor Harold Copenhaver, state and local officials, and project partners to commemorate the groundbreaking of InnovAsian’s first U.S. manufacturing facility. The groundbreaking is a milestone that reflects the company’s strategic investment in expanding its manufacturing capabilities to support long-term growth, product innovation, and operational excellence.
Located in Jonesboro, Arkansas, the approximately 180,000 sq.ft. facility will manufacture individually quick frozen (IQF) rice products and frozen chicken entrées for distribution throughout North America. Expected to create approximately 200 new jobs, the project represents an important step in InnovAsian’s evolution as the company expands from a manufacturing model primarily supported by contract manufacturers to one anchored by its own state-of-the-art production facility.
Stream serves as Owner’s Representative for the project, helping align business strategy, manufacturing requirements, and capital investment from planning through implementation.

Construction is underway, with completion anticipated in early 2028. The project reflects InnovAsian’s continued commitment to investing in the people, infrastructure and manufacturing capabilities needed to support its next phase of growth while strengthening food manufacturing in Northeast Arkansas.
